Creekmore Conversations is a dynamic educational consulting and coaching partnership founded by Michael and Nita Creekmore—two passionate educators with over 40 years of combined experience in counseling, teaching, and instructional leadership.

Who We Are

At the heart of Creekmore Conversations is a shared belief: every connection matters. As a husband-and-wife team, Michael and Nita combine their unique backgrounds to help schools, districts, and organizations build stronger, more restorative relationships.

• Michael Creekmore is a licensed professional counselor with years of experience in clinical counseling, school mental health, and leadership development.
• Nita (E’Manita) Creekmore is an instructional coach and former elementary educator with expertise in inclusive literacy, culturally responsive teaching, and teacher empowerment.

Together, they bring a deep, practical understanding of both the emotional and academic needs of today’s educators and students.
